Attendees will have the opportunity to meet and speak with nearly 170 college/university representatives as well as representatives from proprietary schools and the armed forces. In addition, two financial aid seminars are scheduled for 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. College Night is sponsored by the Office of Guidance Services and the high school guidance departments. The event is targeted to middle and high school students who are interested in pursuing postgraduate education once they have earned their high school diplomas. Students and their parents will have the opportunity to speak with college and university representatives concerning programs of studies, admissions requirements, costs, and student life. The Virginia Beach Convention Center is located at 1000 19th Street, between Birdneck Road and Cypress Avenue, near the oceanfront.
